Minimum Equipment Standards

The ST4WDC recommends that members carry the following recovery gear as a minimum on 4WD trips.

In addition, the Club recommends that members ensure they have appropriate tools, parts and other repair items for their vehicle and suitable for the trip being undertaken. As a trip increases in difficulty or in remoteness members should consider additional items as relevant.
